These terms apply to LinkSuite: the LinkTrip and LinkCRM apps made by Link to China. By using the apps, you agree to them.

Using the apps

The apps are work tools made for Link to China. Only use them if Link to China has given you access. Keep any password you are given to yourself.

Your data

What you enter belongs to you. It is kept on your device and, if you connect it, in your own Google Drive, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping backups.

No warranty

The apps are provided as they are. We try to keep them working and accurate, but we don't promise they will always be available or free of errors. Check important details such as prices, dates and addresses before you rely on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Link to China is not liable for lost data, lost profits or other indirect damage from using the apps.

Changes

We may change the apps or these terms. The current version is always on this page.
